Every day people all around the world use our products from their first cup of tea in the morning, to when they brush their teeth at night before going to bed. Many of our products have clear health benefits: eating margarine instead of butter can help reduce your daily intake of saturated fats while using fluoridated toothpaste can help protect teeth from decay. As part of our Unilever Sustainable Living Plan (launched in November 2010), we have set ourselves a bold new target for improving health and well-being: By 2020 we will help more than a billion people take action to improve their health and well-being.
