Teddy Charles is one of the fashion industry’s most notable hairstylists, combining a flare for creating contemporary femininity and glamour with an edgy, bohemian sensibility. His cutting-edge hair creations have walked the runways of designers Luca Luca, Marchesa, Rag & Bone, Badgley Mischka, Sari Gueron and Yigal Azrouel. His celebrity clientele includes Cameron Diaz, Sarah Jessica Parker, Blake Lively, Hayden Panettierre and Ellen Page. Charles’ influential styling has also helped shape campaigns for BCBG, Gap, Calvin Klein and Nina Ricci.

Paris-born Charles began hairstyling as a teenager and assisted the great talents Julien D'Ys and Orlando Pita in his early twenties. Now based in New York City, Teddy discovered his true passion working behind the scenes at editorial shoots and high fashion runway shows, where he could exercise extreme creativity and be at the forefront of creating the trends.

While Charles continues to create cutting-edge looks on the most fashionable runways, his position as Sunsilk® co-creator allows him the opportunity to bring top quality hair products to women across the country. Sought by Sunsilk for his expertise and vision, Teddy played a significant role in revamping the new products with new ingredients, fragrances and packaging.
